Please note that all my services are currently available via Zoom. I will guide you through how to set up your laptop, tablet, or phone in a way where you can train from your home. You do not need any fitness equipment to get started.

Personalized Strength Training

  • Schedule a free consultation to identify your goals, evaluate your current fitness needs, and determine the right approach to training
  • In our first few sessions, we will focus on building movement skills so you start to feel confident doing some workouts on your own and/or come to group classes.
  • $125 / 60-minute private session; includes personalized/customized strength, cardio, balance and flexibility programming to do on your own outside of live sessions.

Small Group Fitness Classes

Class times:

Mondays 7:00 am - 8:00 am Pacific

Wednesdays 8:00 am - 9:00 am Pacific

Fridays 8:00 am - 9:00 am Pacific

More details:

  • First, schedule a free consultation to identify your goals, evaluate your current fitness needs, and determine the right approach to training
  • Then, decide whether you'd like to start with a few private sessions, or move into our small group classes.
  • $40 drop in, no commitment or RSVP needed; sessions billed at the end of each calendar month.
  • Each class consists of
    • 10 minutes dynamic warm ups
    • 45 minutes strength, balance, and conditioning circuits
    • 5 minutes cooldown and stretch
  • Each month we introduce 3 new workouts and modifying them each time they are repeated to keep it fresh and continue challenging you.
  • You will be able to work at your own pace and use the equipment available to you, even if you're traveling.
  • I will watch you and other participants for form adjustments, exercise modifications, and ensure you are having a fun and safe workout!
