Small Group Fitness

Class Description:

Small class size (2-5 people) for lots of attention.

60 minute classes include warm up/mobility, strength, conditioning (cardio).

Exercise variations and modifications to work around injuries, medical conditions, pain.

Class Schedule:

7:15 am - 8:15 am Monday, Wednesday, Friday

9:00 am - 11:00 am Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Pricing:

Memberships range from $20 to $45 per class (depending on your training frequency and length of commitment).

One-on-one coaching

60 minute session

Mobility, strength, and conditioning exercises programmed based on your specific goals.

Pricing:

$85 / session with purchase of 10 sessions; $105 single session

*In home sessions start at $105 per session

Virtual Coaching

First Session (Free):

30 minute call to discuss your goals and challenges, schedule, and access to workout equipment/facilities.

Monthly Check-In Calls*:

Monthly 20 minute phone call or video call (What's App, Skype, Facebook Messenger, Signal) to celebrate your successes and brainstorm on how to progress on your workouts in the upcoming month.

*Note that these are not workout calls. If you are brand new to exercise, I'll refer you to an in-person coach to help you learn good technique and form.

Check-in Emails

Daily email that includes exercise/workout plans, health habits, and reminders that you need.

Weekly email asking you about any obstacles you've faced, your motivation level, and problem-solving help needed.

Mobility, strength, and conditioning exercises programmed based on your specific goals.
