Busy schedule or on a tight budget? Come in when you can to learn a few basic movements that you can then do on your own at home.

My Story

Hi, my name is Jean Blomo and I've always had a complicated relationship with food and my body. I found myself in an endless cycle of dieting, over-training, and never feeling like my body was lean, fit, or healthy enough. So I decided to try something different: Embrace the body I have, nourish it with good food that I enjoy, and slowly build strength, inside and out.

I'm a certified personal trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine (CPT ACSM), and the Body Positive Fitness Alliance. I have Level 1 and Level 2 certifications with Precision Nutrition, and I apply this knowledge with the Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating philosophies. I have a background in horseback riding, rugby, Olympic Weightlifting, powerlifting, and kettlebells. I enjoy using a wide variety of equipment and modalities with my clients so that they're engaged and feeling good about what their bodies can do.

When I'm not coaching, I love going on hikes, walks, and beach adventures with my dog, Rooshka, and my partner, Martin. I'll find any excuse to turn the great outdoors into my gym!
